iptables is firewall on Linux. Many use APF and CSF, in fact APF and CSF depend on iptables to do its work.

To see list of firewall rules, use

iptables -L

This take some time to list all rules as it does reverse dns. If you need rules listed fast, use -n switch like

iptables -L -n
